Synear Food (Suiping County) Co., Ltd., established in 2021 and located at No. 1, Sinian Road, Suiping County Industrial Cluster Area, Zhumadian City, is mainly engaged in the food manufacturing industry. Its registered capital was 70 million yuan.
This project is the quick-freezing tunnel cold-source project for the leisure product workshop and children’s product workshop of Synear Food (Suiping County) Co., Ltd. The leisure product workshop has two 3 ton/h quick-freezing tunnels, while the children’s product workshop has one 3 ton/h quick-freezing tunnel. The tunnels are designed to have a temperature of -35℃. It is expected to produce 60 tons of leisure food and 30 tons of children’s food per day.
Project Features:
1. The ammonia (R717) / carbon dioxide (R744) refrigeration unit adopts a skid-mounted compressor unit. The entire unit is manufactured in the factory, with a high degree of automation, greatly reducing the on-site installation;
2. Three-dimensional monitoring, equipped with an active cut-off device (remotely controlled), and unattended operation.
3. It has a remote control system, supporting the remote start, stop, and temperature setting of the refrigeration equipment;
4. Big-data monitoring and recording of the running time and status of the refrigeration equipment;
5. The refrigerant (NH3) filling volume is 10% of that of traditional ammonia refrigeration equipment, which appropriately reduces safety hazards. Compared with traditional ammonia refrigeration equipment, the operating cost is reduced by 60%, while compared with traditional carbon dioxide (R744) refrigeration equipment, the operating cost is reduced by 30%.
6. It is the first quick-freezing project in Henan Province to use ammonia (R717) / carbon dioxide (R744) skid-mounted compressor unit for refrigeration.
